The Sacred Sobriety Lab is a program where you will observe yourself without judgment - viewing the data you collect in the lab, like a scientist!
Using the tools and resources contained in the Lab you'll invite the Holy Spirit in as you get curious, draw conclusions, when needed recalibrate, and formulate plans for the future.
The group coaching sessions and Sacred Sobriety Community are incredibly beneficial as well! You will have a community of other like-minded women to journey WITH you!
You work in the Lab will help you to make the decision to drink less or not at all from a place of peace.

Hi, I'm Christie. I've been alcohol-free for almost thirty years, decades of social events, holidays, and hard seasons without a drink in my hand.
What I've learned along the way is that for most women, this was never really about the alcohol. It's about identity, control, and the things we're avoiding by staying busy or numbing out by 8pm. I built the Sacred Sobriety Lab around that truth.
Inside, you'll get real tools grounded in faith, neuroscience, and your identity in Christ, not willpower, not shame, not another program that treats you like you're broken. You'll learn to understand your triggers, break the cycle without the guilt spiral, and make the decision to drink less or not at all from a place of peace instead of pressure.
